Shipping policy

 

As soon as payment is received we will begin to print and fulfil your order. We aim to print and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order, but there is no guarantee. 

Our typical delivery times for standard shipping are as follows, based on orders received before 2.00 p.m. GMT. 

LONDON: 2/3 Days 

UK: 3/5 days 

ROW: 7-10 days (on average depending on destination)

However if you need anything sooner, please do let us know at hello@a-r-t-store.com and expedited shipping can be arranged at additional cost.

For international shipping please allow up to 10-14 days. Delays may be experienced at customs. However we will do our best to get your order with you as soon as possible. 

We know just how special your work is. That’s why all prints are packaged safely, efficiently and protected. All prints are wrapped with tissue paper and bubble wrap, to minimise the danger of any scratches or folds.

Wrapped up and ready to go - your order is placed into a robust cardboard envelope or tube, secured and sealed at both ends.  Once sealed, your order will be dispatched.
